Genius of Teachers Award
The main objective of this competition is to motivate teachers, increase their interest in seeking more knowledge, introduce them to new educational skills so as to achieve the desired goals by improving the quality of education.
In 2022, NAAFE Faisalabad announced a prize competition to encourage teachers, to further increase their connection to knowledge and books. Online exam conducted on 16 October 2022 at Sareena Hotel Faisalabad. More than a thousand teacher candidates from government and private educational institutions participated. Winners and position holders were given Rs.1 lakh, Rs.50,000 and Rs.30,000 respectively, laptops, shields and all the participants were given certificates of participation in the exam.
Considering the interest of educational institutions and teachers, the scope of the 2023 Genius of Teachers Award has been widened. The number and amount of prizes have also been increased. In November 2023, this competition of teachers will be the biggest in the history of Pakistan. In Sha Allah !

Genius of Students Award
NAAFE is at the forefront of student welfare and motivational activities. From national level to educational institutions, Naafe creates opportunities for bright students through actvities.
Such activities give the students ample opportunity to express their talents. It plays an important role in character building through writing and speaking competitions, Kalam Iqbal competitions, Sirat-ul-Nabi quiz and many other co-curricular activities.
Every year in January, February, “Genius of Students Award ” test is organized across the country before the annual board examination to evaluate the preparation of the students of class 9 and 10 & orhers.
Apart from this, NAAFE is the an NGO that conducts the traditional board exams in Pakistan for 5th, 8th, 9th and 10th standard exams. Now this trend has become common, in this way, along with students, institutions also make a name for themselves by bringing forward the talent of their students. NAAFE organizes career counselling, meetings and discussions with scholars and intellectuals, to introduce students to new trends and ideas, domestic and foreign educational tours and many others to enhance and highlight the intelligence and talent of our country. All these activities are in view of NAAFE Faisalabad.
